Simple delivery across South Africa.

1. Where we deliver

Random Co delivers to addresses throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door. Please provide a complete street address, contact number and any access information needed for the courier to complete delivery.

2. Estimated delivery time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 8 to 11 business days from order processing. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and South African public holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Delivery partner

Orders are sent using Aramex Store-to-Door. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the parcel's progress.

4. Free delivery over R999

Orders with a qualifying merchandise value over R999 receive free delivery within South Africa, subject to the delivery options and any exclusions shown at checkout.

5. Possible delays

Courier delays can occasionally happen because of destination, remote-area schedules, severe weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect or incomplete address information, access restrictions or circumstances outside Random Co's reasonable control. We will assist where we reasonably can if a parcel is delayed.

6. Tracking and delivery attempts

Please use the tracking information supplied after dispatch to follow your order. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address where required. If delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact details supplied are incorrect or no one is available, additional courier arrangements or charges may apply.

7. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening where possible and contact us promptly. If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, please contact us with your order number and photographs so we can investigate and resolve it.
